Lowest temperature ever in the usually extremely hot Qatar

Due to the heat in Qatar, the 2022 World Cup is not played in the summer, but in November and December. Normally it is in fact very hot in the host country, where the temperature in the summer can go up to 50 degrees.

Today, however, the lowest temperature ever recorded in Qatar. Because the wind changed direction, the temperature dropped by no less than 7.5 degrees in half an hour. This brought the temperature to 1.5 degrees above 0.
