Referees for the 2022 World Cup announced with Oliver and Taylor

The list of referees for the 2022 World Cup was published by FIFA on Thursday. Englishmen Oliver and Taylor have also been selected to referee World Cup matches.

The list includes 36 referees, 69 assistants and 24 video referees. Also, for the first time in history, 6 women have been included to lead.

The team of VARs has also been expanded compared to the previous edition. Now video referees from Asia, Africa and North America are also part of the roster.
