US Justice proves bribery of FIFA in World Cup allocation to Qatar

The US judiciary has proven that there was bribery in the allocation of the 2022 World Cup to Qatar. FIFA officials were also bribed in the allocation of the 2018 World Cup to Russia.

Document proves bribery at World Cup 2022

In a document, several officials of the World Football Association are officially charged with corruption. Their votes were bought by Russia and Qatar, so said the World Championship may organize football.

Three members of FIFA have been bribed to allocate the World Cup to Qatar; Nicolás Leoz (Paraguay), Julio Grondona (Argentina) and Ricardo Teixeira (Brazil). The first two board members have already died, and the US has no extradition treaty with Brazil. Teixeira will therefore remain free for the time being.

Proof of Justice is the first official charge of corruption in the allocation of the World Cups, although rumors of bribery have been around for much longer. Qatar has been elected over South Korea, Japan, Australia and the US.
